14-day money-back guarantee

If you purchase a paid plan (Pro monthly or Pro yearly) and decide it isn't for you, email [email protected] within 14 days of the purchase and we'll issue a full refund. No interrogation, no hard feelings.

How to request a refund

  • Email [email protected] from the address on your account.
  • Include your order/receipt reference from Whop.
  • We'll process eligible refunds to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

Cancellations

You can cancel a monthly or yearly subscription anytime from your account; you'll keep Pro until the end of the current billing period and won't be charged again. Cancelling is not the same as a refund — to request money back, use the guarantee above.

EU/UK consumers

If you are a consumer in the EU/UK, you may have a statutory right of withdrawal for digital purchases. Where you ask us to begin providing the digital service immediately, you acknowledge you may lose that withdrawal right once provision begins — but our 14-day guarantee above is offered regardless and is more generous than the legal minimum in many cases.

Abuse

We may decline refunds in cases of evident abuse (e.g. repeated buy-refund cycles or fraudulent chargebacks).
